Question about Food Engineering Hi, (First) What is the "Soy Sauce Mash"(or "Shoyu Mash" or "Inyu Mash") ??? What means "Mash" of "Soya Sauce Mash(or "Shoyu Mash") ??? (Second) Please let me know the URL address of which is the picture of "Soy Sauce Mash" on Internet! ( I couldn't find it! ) Thanks a lot.
