What is the "Soy Sauce Mash"(or "Shoyu Mash" or "Inyu Mash") ???
What means "Mash" of "Soya Sauce Mash(or "Shoyu Mash") ???

(Second)
Please let me know the URL address of which is the picture of "Soy Sauce
Mash" on Internet!
( I couldn't find it! )

*References :
(1) "Ganjang"(Gah-ahn Zah-ang) means Soy Sauce in Korean.
(2) "Inyu" means Soy Sauce in Taiwanese.
(3) "Shoyu" means Soy Sauce in Japanese.
